How do i stop ear infections and surfers ear ?

By wearing ear plugs you can help stop any ear infections from swimming and surfing in the sea, ear plugs will block out cold winds and water from entering your ears that can cause damage, and then lead onto surfers ear.

Can i still hear with earplugs ?

Yes surf ears and Eq seal are both designed to let sound in and keep water out. Surfear 3.0 come in a case with different size bungs so you can get the best fit for your ears.
