Accidents happen and surfboards get dinged or damaged and will need repairing to make them strong and watertight, cracked the nose or tail of your surfboard grab a repair kit to fix that ding.
Epoxy repair kits are safe to use on both PU / polyester surfboards and epoxy surf and kitesurf boards like firewire and any EPS core boards. The epoxy resin will not melt the foam core this will only happen if you use a polyester resin on an EPS core, EPS foam cores are used on most epoxy boards like firewire, JS hyfi construction, torque surfboards, fourth surf boards, most brands now offer boards in both EPS and PU core surfboards
